ISO 9001 is GFA's platform to standardize and optimize processes and to safeguard a consistent high quality of services for its clients. The latter can be sure that GFA works according to a standardized system. Unambiguous and transparent processes serve as a clear orientation for GFA staff and simplify the initial training of new employees.
